Happy Birthday to Ryan....24!!!!!

Sunday 11 08 09 - Our family finally celebrated Ryans 24th BD.....the last birthday of the year for our us. Ryan thinks that these lighters are cool so I got him a double pack....just seeing the fun he had lighting his cake made me think of a little boy I once knew.....brought out the kid in him....funny!!!
Adon loves Birthdays......I think he thinks he is suppose to be in on the blowing out the candles....everyone sings and he just beams.....Happy Birthday Ryan.....officially! scroll to the bottom of the post for a video.....You can't hear Adon very well but he sang out every word....As of about 2 months ago we couldn't get Adon to sing....now he loves to sing;o) oh...pause the music first;o)

24 years ago today - Ryan Kimball Egbert was born....... Ryan loved playing ball...any kind of ball. He always tried to act tough but....

He was/is a sweet tender Boy/man.....so handsome. Strangers would come up to me and tell me I should put his picture in magazines. Ryan Age 5 - Kindergarten.....Ryan was very clingy to me ....I remember worrying about him when he went to kindergarten....he didn't let many people into his space.....there were a few tears from both of us but he had wonderful loving teachers and within just a few days he was so ready to be on his own.

Ryan K. Egbert 2 days old.
He weighed in at a whopping 6 lbs 4 oz.....He seemed like he was all hair at the time of his birth....he was the third of five children. He was so good natured and was easy to care for and love.....Carly and Conner thought he was the best thing that ever happened and smothered him with hugs and kisses and was very protective when so many people would want to take a look at their little baby brother......Happy Birthday Bugga!

I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE !

Part of the Logan Utah temple grounds had a make over.....I liked the old but love the New! Perfect lanterns....beautiful planters for flowers and sitting on the edges.

I don't actually know this bride and her family...I just wanted to show the few step down to the new sitting/walking area and they wouldn't get out of my way;o)...it was cold and I couldn't believe the bride didn't have more on....She had georgeous flowers.......they were passing out hot coco.......hmmmmm......on the temple grounds?

Won't this be so beautiful in the spring with all the spring/summer flowers in several new flower beds?....I bet the ground people can hardly wait for spring...I would be excited!

The reflection pool and fountain.....it is a very peaceful and beautiful addition...with lavender lights in the water.....I want to go at night soon.

I love the paved walk way. This leads to a door between the main doors and the door in front of the fountain area......I always wanted a paved walk way or a patio.....I watched the worker one day putting this in thinking.....I could do that....maybe;o0

I love to see the Temple.

Who Invited Sadie?????

Halloween is a time when we take licence to be wild and crazy......do stuff we would never do on any other day.....Ryan invited Crazy Sadie.....I had to think about that one but everyone seems to like Sadies crazy way she puts on a party! Lindsey and Kyle came late for a bite to eat...sort of.....then off they went becasue Lindsey had a BB game....good to see them!

Ryan....a wanna be?????in girl shorts and a gold medal for doing so....and the gold teeth...worth a fortune!!! Pirate Adon....he really does want to be a pirate some day....he loves knives and swords and eye patches bushy brows, side burns and a mustache.......eeeek!

Alysse and Kevin came a little later......Sadie served them and then they had to go. The bad thing about Sadie is she is in her own little girl fantasy and doesn't visit (talk). So I didn't get to visit much with them.

Ugh! I hate pictures of Sadie as much as I do of myself.....all for the sake of crazy fun right???

Yes Sadie with wings.....just for Halloween she usually is an angel;o) Here she is serving her guests....yes with her hands....she tries to wash often because she also feeds her guests.....with her hands....got a be careful with the N1H1 right?

mmmmmm cream soda.....wingers wings.....veggies.....chips/salsa/guacamole......pumpkin/snickerdoodle cookies......mummy dogs in a blanket........candy just plain ole nummy!

Adon was sort of sober about the whole Sadie thing...but he seemed to play right along..letting Sadie stuff his mouth with strawberries and cookies......hot dog and candy....at the same time...I think he thought it was fun!!!

Sadie put plastic bags over everyone arms so they will eat without their hands.....most everyone is just to impatience waiting for Sadie to feed them.....and the fact that they were really hungry and they might starve if they waited for Sadie for each bite and drink...beautiful Kelsey....Jared is there to...I think he was the most freeked out by the crazy Sadie!

Collin loved eating off the table with his hands.....he is a pro because that is how he usually eats!

The Conner Egbert Clan Halloween 2009 - Arizona

Ya....Halloween is a big thing around here. Jared and Kelsey went all out in the decorating department. Dracula and his Mistress. They transformed the garage into Dracula's castle....Enter if you DARE!

The pictures don't come close to showing how great this turned out....black lights and florescent colors...skulls and eyeballs....lights and more lights fog and more lights....oooooooo!

So we don't think there were as many visitors this year as last year but we still bought 10 doz. donuts because we ran out last year....we cut most of the do-nuts in half and only had 12 halves left....Kelsey and Jared love handing out doughnuts and hot chocolate to all the ghouls in the neighborhood...and we had some pretty cute ghosts and goblins....and their parents....needless to say...we had a crowd!

Collin and Adon in Dracula's castle....these little boys had a blast this year.....all the sights and sounds and fun going on.....Adon loved showing all the guest the many fun things to look at...his favorite....the bobbing eyeballs!(sorry no picture)

But we had a party a few days before and this is Ryan and Heather and Sadie...love Sadie's pretty nails? Love the teeth....love the shorts....or the lack of;o)

And last but not least....The Wilson Clan. Indiana Jones and Pirate 1,2 and three. Everyone had a blast and I'm so glad that we are close enough to share all the FUN. We had a SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN.......I hope you did to......BOO!
