It's official.....What a Surreal day!

Sister Kadie Dawn Egbert entered the Provo MTC Wed. February 18, 2009 as a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
It has been a surreal couple of days. (Surreal- not like reality; like a dream :also unbelievable /fantastic.)

Aunt Randy and Uncle Jay joined us to say our good - bye's.

Mom and Dad too.

Most of our family, G&G Egbert and a few of Kadie's closest friends met with President Mark Jensen on Tuesday night to be set a part......President Jensen gave Kadie a beautiful blessing and touched on all of our thoughts and emotions as he counseled us.

Kadie went with Alysse, Lindsey and Lacey for their final Ice cream at Charlies:)

Kadie spoke in Church Sunday Feb. 15th.....she spoke on Obedience and did a great job. Herald and Carly played a piano/violin duet.....Be Still my Soul. There was also a youth speaker and a High Council man speak. After church we had more than 50 family and friends over to the house for a little visiting and breakfast.....Thanks to all who helped with this special day it was great to have so many people come and wish Kadie well on the next 18months of her life......
