A bit of summer

Today Carly, Adon, Collin and I went to the farmers market on the island...it is always a fun outing and especially playing on the swings and drinking home-made lemon-aid. It was a beautifully perfect day. We even bumped into Justin, April and Tiegan Collett who live on the island....and Carlys friend Joe Leak and his wife. His mom Becky was also in town visiting from Vernal...our old ward.....just a mellow morning.
Then Carly and Aaron wanted to have a date day so they went to the temple and dinner and a movie. Adon and Collin love to be outside as most kids do so Adon helped me finally get my tomato plants in the ground...he loves to water the plants......next maybe we will tackle some flowers!

I love it when Adon spends the day with me. These little grand kids are so fun and they tickle my funny bone. Adon is a great little helper and does what ever I ask him to do. He reminds me a little like my loyal dog Rffer....what ever I'm doing he is right there at my heels. Adon likes to scope out the dog poop and he lets me know where the piles are so I can scoop it and throw it out in the big garbage....he likes to say "whats that?.....whats that?.....but it really sounds like oh sh....oh sh... And then when we were hanging outside the thunder was starting up just low rumbles and he started whats that?......whats that? (oh sh......oh sh......) Makes me smile.
Aaron and Carly went to the new move in town called "UP" and brought the 3-D glasses home for Adon....what a goofy kid.....he did really good today without a nap!

Collin wouldn't put on the glasses...they sort of look like Mickey Mouse ears on him. Adons new little phrase is oh fun!
