Kadie has loved the
MTC experience. She has been fortunate to have a great Companion and
roomies. She is the old group now and it's time for her to head to Porto Portugal.
Companions - Irma Draper (from Taylorsville UT) and Irma Egbert.
Kadie says they have really helped and encouraged each other along. A great match. She has grown to love many sisters in a short time. Irma Draper will be
Kadie's Companion to Portugal....there will be 15 sisters and elders traveling together.
Kadie has loved going to the Provo temple on P-days. These are her
roomies...this day they all wore red. Irma Egbert, Irma Call, Irma
Brinkerhoff and Irma Draper. I think the two in the middle have already left for their mission.
Kadie's group will head to Portugal Tuesday April 21, 2009. They fly to Chicago and then
Kadie is a bit nervous because they have a half hour to go from domestic to international flight. Then on to Germany then to Lisbon and she is not sure how they will travel from Lisbon to Porto....maybe train? We will get a call from her from the
SLC airport between 9 - 10:30 am. Flight leaves @ 11:00 am. I am so excited for her to go to this next phase of her mission.

How fun, exciting, sad, glad... such an opportunity that she's taking!! She'll be great!
Has it already been 8 weeks, man.
She is going to be a great missionary and have the experience of a lifetime!
